We are pleased to inform you that your abstract(s) is/are     ACCEPTED for oral presentation at  the Trainee Oral Poster Competition at the Pennsylvania Pain Society Annual Meeting and Scientific Sessions scheduled for May 16-18, 2025 at the Hershey Lodge, Hershey PA. The Poster Competition is Friday, May 16. The Preliminary Agenda is attached. We encourage you to join us for the full program.

HOTEL INFO – Hershey Lodge, Hershey PA

For those of you who do not reside in the Hershey area, we are pleased to provide up to 2 nights hotel so that you can attend the full program May 18-20, 2025. Please indicate your hotel needs. We pay room/tax only. Incidentals and travel costs are your responsibility. IF you depart early or cancel after April 15, you are responsible for any cancellation fees.

POSTER DUE DATE 

Please send along your digital poster (one ppt slide) on or before May 5, 2025.

POSTER COMPETITION:  You will have 3 minutes to present your poster. You will be judged by our volunteer faculty, board and member judges.  The Winners of 1st ($500), 2nd ($300)  and 3rd ($250) place are announced Saturday at the Annual Business Meeting.
